FLIGHTMASTER® equipment is designed with:

  • In-house engineering expertise to be compatible with all commercial, military, executive and private aircraft service ports and can be custom designed to meet any customer specific requirements.
  • Translucent, high density polyethylene containers making fluid levels easily visible. Unlike metal fluid containers, the thick wall HDPE construction protects against interior moisture condensation to reduce fluid contamination (or eliminate most moisture contamination when used in a closed containment configuration).
  • Color-coded placards for easy fluid identification and integrating compatible seals and hoses based on fluid specifications.
  • Precision machined aluminum parts that are anodized or powder coated for added protection and are sourced to US based and where possible, ISO certified third party vendors.
  • FLIGHTMASTER® equipment is hand assembled and tested prior to shipping to ensure each unit delivered is ready for immediate use.

Designed and engineered a time saving, high-capacity engine oil pump system for their utility vehicle fleet which allows servicing of multiple aircraft without making additional trips to refill the container. This engine oil pump can also be insulated and equipped with a heater for use in colder climates.

BOEING

Cooperative design, development, prototyping and testing of a Heavy Duty Cowl Pump (C-Duct/Thrust Reverser Cart). Boeing is actively using this equipment in all of its facilities and is offering it to customers. The equipment is commercially available.

Cooperative design, development, prototyping and testing of an advanced Landing Gear Servicing Unit for the Embraer aircraft landing gear systems. The landing gear system has since been upgraded to service the landing gear systems for all aircraft. Both versions are now commercially available.
